CAN-AM BAKER DOUBLES

The Can-Am Baker Doubles Classic is preparing for a new season with a few changes.

Last year’s Grand Champions Jay Lang of Sterling Heights and Joey Saccucci of Eastpointe are looking to defend their title when the season begins on Oct. 14 at Bowl One Lanes in Troy .

The format for the qualifying round, the stepladder sudden death cashers round and the championship finals will be unchanged. The maximum team average has been raised from 420 to 425 based on the team members’ three year composite average. No two PBA members will be allowed to bowl as a team. PBA members are eligible to bowl, but only with a non-PBA member.
