earned the top prize of $1,000 after qualifying fourth and defeating Art Brown
of
Novak settled for the runner-up prize of $600 and an additional $100 as high qualifier. His 1,386 six game total in qualifying paced 64 entrants. Competing on a very demanding lane condition a score of 1,207 advanced to the semi-finals.
Earlier in the stepladder finals Brown beat Chris Simonson of Howell 212-205.
Kreft took home $500, Brown $400 and Simonson $300.

A
“Bowling for Breast Cancer” fundraiser will be held at Novi Bowl in
The event will be hosted by Chicks for Charities, a local non-profit group.
The cost is $125 per five-person adult team which will include two games of bowling, prizes and live entertainment while supporting the cause.

proceeds of the event will benefit the
