BUDWEISER MICHIGAN MAJORS HALL OF FAME

 

Chris Marshall of Lansing becomes the 59th member of the Budweiser Michigan Majors Hall of Fame with his recent election.

 

Marshall garnered 45 points from a 12-man election committee, surpassing the 42 points needed for election.

 

He has been a member of the MMBA for 13 years, participating in 64 tournaments and earning five titles with two of them majors.

 

His titles include the Match Game Championship in 1997 and the MMBA Championship in 2003 as the majors and also Galaxy in 2000, Doubles in 2002 and Royal Scot in 2008. He also has three runner-up finishes.

 

He owns seven 300 games in MMBA competition, averaging 224 for 635 games and lifetime earnings of $14,535.

 

He will be inducted on Nov. 21 at Cherry Hill Lanes in Dearborn Heights .
